I freaking WISH. I was at the gym bright and early this morning for my dance class and back excercises and I got a migraine before i could do my run. MAD MAD MAD .
Im sorry but I dont really believe this… Like if you work out like a beast you can eat whatever you want as long as you keep your calories in check and get enough protein. Like if this chicken bucket is 1,000 cals. Workout the extra five hundred in the gym. Sorry this is bull
